Seamless Move
The title says it all. We moved from Manhattan to Atlanta and the entire team was responsive, professional, and timely throughout the entire process. Special shoutout to Spencer, Bobbie, and Rodney for moving us into our new house in Atlanta. They took special care of our belongings while being incredibly efficient, kind, and courteous. I highly recommend!

Reliable is not reliable
I didn’t choose Reliable as my mover. I contacted Allied Van Lines but they are a broker that referred my move to Reliable. I got my initial date range to receive my things at my destination in NC and moved it to an earlier date, so I’d have my furniture before Christmas. The day of my move, the movers were three hours late. I finally got to my destination and figured that I’d get settled in and my things would get here soon after. A lot of people were asking when my things would get here, and I noticed that no one contacted me. I reached out via email to find out that the truck carrying my things broke down. The driver was waiting to find out what la wrong, and everything I own is sitting somewhere stationary. There will not be a different truck going to get my things. I don’t know how long it would have taken them to even let me know this was going on had I not called. So is another truck bringing my things to meet the agreed timeline? No. Will I have my furniture by Christmas? No, and I will probably ring in the new year with no furniture. Did they give me an updated estimate on when my things will arrive? No. What did they tell me? There’s nothing they can do, and gave me the pleasure of knowing that’ll I’ll still be paying full price for the move and have to submit claims to see if I can get any money refunded. Allied really needs to choose better moving companies. Reliable is an ironic name. Please do yourself the favor of declining and choosing someon
Movers from HELL
Without writing a lengthy wordy review, the moving truck showed up, "Orlando Trucking", they outsourced the movers, workers were non English speaking, I assumed just crossed over the Mexican border. Kitchen boxes packed, food with cleaning products. mislabeled boxes, boxes labeled basement , taken to upstairs bedroom, bedroom taken to basement, items packed, not wrapped just thrown in boxes, damaged. Items taken apart, unable to reassemble. Hand truck was probably rented from "Toys R US" I could go on and on. MOVERS FROM HELL

Mark and his teams were outstanding. We have moved 5 times/states and this was the BEST experience we’ve ever had. Very professional packing & unpacking. PERFECT from start to finish.
Everything went perfectly. The entire team was amazing; professional and very nice. When the truck arrived at my house they got right to work and provided all the guidance we needed to have a successful move. The team had the best attitudes and were extremely professional. They totally took pride in their work and treated my personal belongings with total respect. (to the point my neighbors commented on how careful they were) This is my 5th move - by far this was the biggest but turned out to be the best move. I attribute this to the connectivity and continual communication. From my initial call to Peter Toscano to Deidra's visit to our house to do the survey, the repeated conversations with Jessica the Sr. Interstate Relocation Coordinator, because the move kept getting delayed, to the Moving Team lead by Spencer (the Leader and Driver of the Truck) Packing and Loading and ultimate delivery was so professional, efficient and truly pleasant. I would recommend Spenser and his team over and over again. Spencer's texts and calls helped to ensure a smooth process from getting to the sites to being open to any changes that occurred (which they did). Thank you, Reliable Van and Storage, for all that you did for me and Dave - Moving can be an extremely difficult emotional and physical experience - Reliable Van and Storage truly alleviated all of the stress.

Recently relocated my parents from their home of 40 years to a senior assisted facility. Reliable took all of the stress out a very stressful experience in our lives. Highly recommend!!
Exceptional Moving Experience
We had a nightmare of a situation with another moving company. They came to our home with a small truck and two men on a Monday. They changed my price from $3900 to $13,500. Needless to say, we told them to leave and we were not going to use them! Now the good part! We found Reliable, and the next day, Tuesday, they were there with a huge moving trailer, a driver/foreman second to none named Brent Bob. They packed our China Closet as an art, had a local moving crew to help load the truck, and four hours later, they were loaded. Brent then assured us that he would be personally making the delivery to Jupiter, at which time he would use a local crew to help with the delivery. All of the men that helped load and unload were terrific! I have to say, that Brent was "The Man" that made it all happen. I have to also give great praise and thanks to Jessica Lindner, our designated moving coordinator, who was on top of things fro beginning to the end and more! We are now in our new home in Jupiter FL, and loving it. One of our friends asked us, "What was the easiest part of this huge transition in our lives?" Without hesitation, my wife and I said THE MOVE! If anyone wants a personal recommendation, Jessica has my phone number. Thanks again, Mike and Donna
