Friendly and honest
I had a small move. Just three items from New York to my home in Illinois. I priced the job out with a moving company and a white glove trucking company. Reliable beat both quotes and I had a personal recommendation to use Spencer if I could get him as my driver. He was available and both he and Reliable maintained contact with me every step of the way. When Spencer arrived at my door with his young associate Ayden, they were polite, friendly and efficient unpacking the items. One of the items was an antique grandmother clock that my inlaws were gifting my wife and I. At one point Spencer called us over to show us that there was an envelope hidden in the back of the clock. He said “This belongs to you”. It contained a stack of twenty dollar bills for a total of $320. The honesty and integrity that Spencer showed was admirable. I thanked him and called my mother-in-law and told her she was .$320 richer. She did not remember hiding the money in there but the envelope had her handwriting on it so we know it was her stash from a while back. Spencer and Reliable lived up to the company name. I highly recommend them if you are planning a move.
Incredible Service, Trustworthy Crews
We worked with Douglas Martinez at Reliable for our move from Arizona to Colorado. We move often (every two years for the past 20 years). Douglas was one of the hardest workers we have ever had. He managed his crew well, was courteous, trustworthy and very responsive. They inventoried our items thoroughly, worked quickly, cautiously and efficiently. It was a very hot day in Phoenix so the working conditions were difficult but they still worked hard throughout the day. I would work with Reliable and especially Douglas again without question.

Seamless Move
The title says it all. We moved from Manhattan to Atlanta and the entire team was responsive, professional, and timely throughout the entire process. Special shoutout to Spencer, Bobbie, and Rodney for moving us into our new house in Atlanta. They took special care of our belongings while being incredibly efficient, kind, and courteous. I highly recommend!

PERFECT from start to finish.
Everything went perfectly. The entire team was amazing; professional and very nice. When the truck arrived at my house they got right to work and provided all the guidance we needed to have a successful move. The team had the best attitudes and were extremely professional. They totally took pride in their work and treated my personal belongings with total respect. (to the point my neighbors commented on how careful they were) This is my 5th move - by far this was the biggest but turned out to be the best move. I attribute this to the connectivity and continual communication. From my initial call to Peter Toscano to Deidra's visit to our house to do the survey, the repeated conversations with Jessica the Sr. Interstate Relocation Coordinator, because the move kept getting delayed, to the Moving Team lead by Spencer (the Leader and Driver of the Truck) Packing and Loading and ultimate delivery was so professional, efficient and truly pleasant. I would recommend Spenser and his team over and over again. Spencer's texts and calls helped to ensure a smooth process from getting to the sites to being open to any changes that occurred (which they did). Thank you, Reliable Van and Storage, for all that you did for me and Dave - Moving can be an extremely difficult emotional and physical experience - Reliable Van and Storage truly alleviated all of the stress.

Exceptional Moving Experience
We had a nightmare of a situation with another moving company. They came to our home with a small truck and two men on a Monday. They changed my price from $3900 to $13,500. Needless to say, we told them to leave and we were not going to use them! Now the good part! We found Reliable, and the next day, Tuesday, they were there with a huge moving trailer, a driver/foreman second to none named Brent Bob. They packed our China Closet as an art, had a local moving crew to help load the truck, and four hours later, they were loaded. Brent then assured us that he would be personally making the delivery to Jupiter, at which time he would use a local crew to help with the delivery. All of the men that helped load and unload were terrific! I have to say, that Brent was "The Man" that made it all happen. I have to also give great praise and thanks to Jessica Lindner, our designated moving coordinator, who was on top of things fro beginning to the end and more! We are now in our new home in Jupiter FL, and loving it. One of our friends asked us, "What was the easiest part of this huge transition in our lives?"
