PERFECT from start to finish.
Everything went perfectly. The entire team was amazing; professional and very nice. When the truck arrived at my house they got right to work and provided all the guidance we needed to have a successful move. The team had the best attitudes and were extremely professional. They totally took pride in their work and treated my personal belongings with total respect. (to the point my neighbors commented on how careful they were) This is my 5th move - by far this was the biggest but turned out to be the best move. I attribute this to the connectivity and continual communication. From my initial call to Peter Toscano to Deidra's visit to our house to do the survey, the repeated conversations with Jessica the Sr. Interstate Relocation Coordinator, because the move kept getting delayed, to the Moving Team lead by Spencer (the Leader and Driver of the Truck) Packing and Loading and ultimate delivery was so professional, efficient and truly pleasant. I would recommend Spenser and his team over and over again. Spencer's texts and calls helped to ensure a smooth process from getting to the sites to being open to any changes that occurred (which they did). Thank you, Reliable Van and Storage, for all that you did for me and Dave - Moving can be an extremely difficult emotional and physical experience - Reliable Van and Storage truly alleviated all of the stress.

Exceptional Moving Experience
We had a nightmare of a situation with another moving company. They came to our home with a small truck and two men on a Monday. They changed my price from $3900 to $13,500. Needless to say, we told them to leave and we were not going to use them! Now the good part! We found Reliable, and the next day, Tuesday, they were there with a huge moving trailer, a driver/foreman second to none named Brent Bob. They packed our China Closet as an art, had a local moving crew to help load the truck, and four hours later, they were loaded. Brent then assured us that he would be personally making the delivery to Jupiter, at which time he would use a local crew to help with the delivery. All of the men that helped load and unload were terrific! I have to say, that Brent was "The Man" that made it all happen. I have to also give great praise and thanks to Jessica Lindner, our designated moving coordinator, who was on top of things fro beginning to the end and more! We are now in our new home in Jupiter FL, and loving it. One of our friends asked us, "What was the easiest part of this huge transition in our lives?" From the moment I called Reliable Van & Storage i was greeted with Mike, who came out to my office (medical clinic), and he did a walk-through with me, and gave me a professional quote of what to expect and how he would prepare me for the move. I was ”sold” from the moment he walked out. His professionalism was out of this world, and just down to earth energy was so compelling I had all the reassurance I needed from that very first introduction!! Amazing. Preparing for the move with Mike and his team (Renee) was so easy as well! They were on top of it with reaching out, and communicating with me throughout every step of the way. I for one am very illiterate with the moving knowledge and termination so there were a lot of different words that were new to me that I wasn’t aware of or knew what to expect out of something, but I called up Renee and she easily reassured me in providing me with all the knowledge and detailed information I needed to move forward with what to expect. It was so helpful and she’s just so incredibly pleasant!! On the moving day, Mike showed up an hour earlier to help me prep to get me ready for this move so when his crew came, they just boxed it up and rolled out! Simon and Junior, his top crewmembers, were so easy to work with as well. Even when I wanted to look at the truck to make sure everything was positioned OK, they allowed me to without getting upset. This experience was out of this world!! i can’t say it enough!! Look NO further!!
Great experience with an unconventional request
We needed help getting our equipment to games and competitions. The process with Michael and Renee was easy and they were very kind. The movers were timely and efficient. All of the movers we worked with took great care of our band equipment! Special shout out to driver Shane who helped our band move equipment out onto to the field for competition!

Outstanding Moving Company
This was our first move with a professional relocation company and Reliable Van & Storage Company was outstanding! Our move was an absolutely excellent experience! Everyone involved was pleasant, hard working, and knew what they were doing. Beginning with the Reliable Sales Team, to our personal move coordinator, and the team that packed, loaded and delivered our household goods were fantastic. They were careful with our belongings and treated them as if they were their own. The price was exactly as quoted. We highly recommend Reliable Van & Storage Company!
Best Moving Experience
Just completed a cross country move from Maine to Arizona. This was a full service move with packing and unpacking. Spencer took great care of us and the crews he hired to pack and unpack were great. We were very pleased with the service, especially since we are older and could not be as hands on as we would have liked. The guys just got it done, and it was great to have one person (Spencer) be in charge of the move from start to finish. Thank you!

This was the second coast-to-coast move for us in 13 months and the entire Reliable team was absolutely fantastic. Michael, our agent was wonderful and got everything arranged for us very quickly and efficiently and followed up with every request and activity. Our driver Giovanni was awesome. Fast, courteous and professional
Both the teams for packing/loading and unloading we’re attentive and careful with our things. Very professional. Went above and beyond to see that our needs and requests were met with a smile. Mike, the supervisor, was really on top of things. N.B. If you hire these guys please make lunch other than pizza!!! They will appreciate it.
