Originally I was planning on getting multiple quotes. After meeting with Deidre I canceled my other appointments and rent with Reliable. We just completed our move from NJ to SC and couldn’t have been more pleased. Our coordinator Jennifer advised us when the movers were to arrive. Mike and team showed up promptly the day of the move. He and his staff worked expediently and were complete professionals. Mike was kind enough to give us his cell just in case we needed to contact him for anything. Mike text the day before our furniture was to arrive in SC and once again was prompt. They placed all furniture and boxes in the exact location I requested. There was not one issue with the move. I would highly recommend Reliable to anyone making a move, especially a long distance one. Appreciated the follow up from both Deidre and Jennifer to make sure all went well.

I recently moved from NYC to Florida and I am so glad I called Allied and Reliable this was absolutely the way to go. I got great tips and advise the check list was so helpful with all the little details of everything that had to be cancelled when moving across country. The team of movers was so courteous and professional and fast they put me at ease and a week later I am all moved into my new home. I would absolutely recommend Reliable to anyone who has to make a move it was such a relief not to have to haul boxes or drive 1,100 miles towing everything I owned, using Allied/Reliable Van and Storage is the only way to move.

I am so delighted to write this review about Reliable Van and Storage. I can’t say enough about them. We relocated from Queens, New York to South Carolina after 44 years. As stressful as that was, Reliable and their team made it so easy. From my first telephone call with George who did my inventory to Tom who put the team together, everything went off without a hitch. Carlos and his team arrived and went right to work loading up the truck and then moved on to our storage unit where they did the same. They were as professional and courteous as I have ever seen. Then when our stuff arrived in SC, Winston along with his assistant Roger arrived as scheduled and went right to work, also extremely professional and courteous. I can’t say enough about them. They are a real credit to your company. Not one item was missing or damaged. Then Tom followed up with a phone call asking how everything went. The entire process couldn’t have been more perfect. I would definitely recommend Reliable to anyone who has to make a move and I would certainly use them again. Thank you Reliable!

Reliable (Allied) Exceeded Expectations at all Phases Move started with Diane doing a detailed inventory and discussing my needs on this long distance move to North Carolina. She has decades in the industry in different roles and it showed; very nice and very professional. Leading up to the move I worked with their coordinator Jennifer and was in touch with the Moving Supervisor - a gentleman named Spencer. Spencer called the day before to confirm the arrival time. He and his team arrived at the time agreed. Spencer laid out the work plan and the team got to it. Things were packed (many items required special treatment as I had large statues, golf clubs, and 50+ paintings). The packing went as planned - no drama. The unpacking, which included leaving no boxes behind, was also no drama. We had no breakage through the move (not even a glass), and Spenser make sure everything (beds, tables, etc.) were put back together right as needed. Spencer has 3 decades in the industry. He takes pride in his work; is excellent in communicating expectations, problem solving, and most importantly diligent at managing his team to ensure they do the packing, moving, and unpacking to the highest possible standards.
