Reliable (Allied) Exceeded Expectations at all Phases Move started with Diane doing a detailed inventory and discussing my needs on this long distance move to North Carolina. She has decades in the industry in different roles and it showed; very nice and very professional. Leading up to the move I worked with their coordinator Jennifer and was in touch with the Moving Supervisor - a gentleman named Spencer. Spencer called the day before to confirm the arrival time. He and his team arrived at the time agreed. Spencer laid out the work plan and the team got to it. Things were packed (many items required special treatment as I had large statues, golf clubs, and 50+ paintings). The packing went as planned - no drama. The unpacking, which included leaving no boxes behind, was also no drama. We had no breakage through the move (not even a glass), and Spenser make sure everything (beds, tables, etc.) were put back together right as needed. Spencer has 3 decades in the industry. He takes pride in his work; is excellent in communicating expectations, problem solving, and most importantly diligent at managing his team to ensure they do the packing, moving, and unpacking to the highest possible standards. We had a great experience with Reliable Van & Storage. They were friendly and helpful from the moment we started working with them. On the day of move in, they also arrived early and were very friendly & accommodating and all my stuff made it to my new place in the same condition in which it was picked up. Tom and George were really great to work with. From the start they were very professional, always answering questions and providing all the necessary documents to make our move a very smooth transition. We packed the smaller items and the Reliable team came through and packed all the large and meaningful items. The moving team was on time, detailed and even provided a few complimentary boxes. We are very pleased with the recent move that Reliable provided from NJ to MO. Their associates are all very professional. We got lots of email messages with instructions in preparation for the transfer of our household goods, and all our questions were answered promptly. The movers were very polite and very capable in picking up and delivering. They were on time, did not waste time, and kept informing us along the way. We had bad experience in the past with movers. Highly recommended!! I could not have asked for a better experience. It's overwhelming enough having to move, so I'm glad I chose Reliable Van and Storage/Allied. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. Starting with my Sales Rep, Diane Stevenson, who went above and beyond and worked with me even while she was on vacation! The lovely ladies in the office, Renee, and my move Coordinator, Jennifer Dusman, who assisted me when I came in to pick up boxes. John and Dennis from the warehouse who were absolutely amazing and gave me every type of box needed, including some great tips for packing! Last, but not least, my amazing driver, Spencer and his crew (Rick, Oscar, Nian) ... these guys worked hard, are extremely efficient and super friendly!! I can rest easy knowing my items are in good hands.
