Reliable was fantastic. Receiving an initial quote was quick and easy. The quote was extremely competitive, and in fact, much better than local competitors. Coordination for the actual move was very thorough and clear. The actual movers were extremely careful with my belongings and their packing on my valuables (fine China and Crystal) was extremely impressive. Everything arrived safe and intact at my destination in Ohio, and they had an incredibly thorough check list to ensure nothing was missing. Everyone was extremely professional, and I would definitely use them again.

The packing crew from Reliable left just a few hours ago and I can't say enough about the men that helped pack up a collection to be taken to a Texas university. Spencer and his two workers never stopped working and completed the packing job in much less time then was expected. They were reliable, trustworthy, and such a fun group to work with. When you list your house on MLS, you start getting postcards from moving companies. I was adamant to select a national brand and that is where Reliable Van Lines affiliated with Allied came into the picture. From the beginning of our relationship, Jonathan and Jennifer have been the stabilizing members of Reliable who sent me information, tips, and coordinated everything. The day of the move, Jose and Sam lifted the heavy furniture that I'm just too old and out of shape to move. I had a deadline of 5 p.m. to get everything into my new place. They worked at a feverish pace to get the job done for me, without a fuss. I wanted to pitch in and help, but stayed clear except to tell them where to put things. Working with Reliable was a very positive experience. This was the second time we used them. Both the office staff and the packing and delivery crews were great to work with. The guys that did the job were pleasant, professional and efficient. Jennifer, our contact in the office was responsive when we needed information. The communication throughout the process was good.
