We chose Reliable for a move of a large one-bedroom apartment from NJ to NC in part because a year ago they did a smaller move of items from NJ to CA. In both cases the estimator arrived on time, provided the lowest price and answered all questions. The information provided by Jennifer Dusman, Reliable's Move Coordinator, via email was always prompt, polite, courteous and helpful. She also answered my additional questions via phone pleasantly and fully. She was perfect. In both cases the movers packed the contents of cabinets and furniture and everything was packed well and nothing was damaged or lost. Both times the delivery date was within the original estimated delivery window. The individual movers were polite, helpful and worked hard and efficiently. I would not hesitate to use Reliable again.

We chose Reliable because they were the only company which gave assurance that they could meet our family's tight schedule. They were willing to accept an on-line inventory to give an estimate, and did not require an on site visit by n estimator, which would have delay us. The moving crew did their work thoroghly and well at both ends. The time deadlines were met and we were throoughly satisfied.

George VandeLaar and Jennifer Dusman were beyond helpful in every moment throughout our move. From the small questions to the big questions, there was never a time when they weren't understanding of our concerns. We had a last minute misunderstanding (on our side) but the company was still able to accommodate us. Great service and I highly recommend them to anyone moving cross country. Oh, and the movers are EXCELLENT and incredibly nice!!!!

Jessica VanBuskirk handled the project in a very professional manner. Raul Lopez and his crew did an outstanding job in moving us from Bridgewater, NJ to Flower Mound, TX.. From the packers to the loaders to the unloaders all went very well and organized. They were all very professional and took great care in our belongings. I used Allied and had no problem with the move. The problem was with the truck parked on my driveway that left a very large oil stain and I'm still waiting for them to resolve this issues. They sent someone to clean it but the stain still remains.They said they will no longer try to fix the problem. I have left a msg on CEO Peter Toscano VM and no one has returned my call. I have put a dispute on my credit card until this gets resolved.. I suggest you charge any payment so you have some action towards them..

Jose Morales and his crew were simply fantastic. Interstate move over two days; they were professional, personable, knowledgeable. I was amazed as to how quickly they loaded and unloaded the truck. They even arranged my bedroom so that all I had to do was make the bed and collapse. Mr. Morales kept in touch via his cell so that I was able to give him a heads up on an accident on 81 thereby helping him to avoid the backup. Cannot recommend Reliable enough. Hire them-they're worth every penny. If you're lucky, you'll be assigned to Mr. Morales.
