Our move from NJ to the state of Washington was made much easier and smoother by Bill Jackson. He was wonderful. Every time there was a question, or a problem, he very quickly smoothed things out. He got boxes for us and facilitated the change of dates, and many other things. The move itself went very smoothly. It was on time, and the team of three people who did the packing of the fragile things was a great team, lead by Fidel, and his 2 very helpful team-mates. They went out of their way to be careful and helpful. The delivery was done by 2 of the team, Fidel and Carlos, and they again went out of their way to be careful and helpful. Reliable Van Lines turned out to be true to their name, very Reliable! Thank you to all the guys!

I recently moved from NJ to Los Angeles and made the right choice in choosing Reliable van & storage. The moving coordinator ,George Vandalaar and account Coordinator, Tom Siniscalchi kept me well informed before and during my move . My goods were delivered on time as promised . In fact, I was told between 10 to 15 days and I was surprised when the movers called and said they would deliver my goods on May 6th which was only 9 days . I must also the praise Raul and the movers . They make a great team and took their time to make sure my furniture and belongings were packed and stored properly. On the very day they were moving my stuff I received a call my father had passed . They were so kind and supportive to me and my brother and we truly appreciated their kindness . Reliable van and storage was absolutely amazing during our move. From beginning to end they were so nice and helpful. Our move was a bit sudden and they did everything to make our lives easier. From George to the physical movers everyone was so nice and handled our stuff with respect. I felt comfortable with them after my first phone call with George. Absolutely amazing!!! They did everything they said they would do and more. Jonathan and Tom could not have been move accommodating. The driver Fidel was extremely punctual on both the pickup and the delivery. Everything was cautiously packed with precision. They reassembled all items upon delivery and even offered to hang the pictures. Moving is extremely stressful but these guys made it a pretty fluid process. This is the only company I would recommend for long distance moves

Moving! The mere word creates stress and fear! HOWEVER, Jessica and Lisa at the "home office" kept a calm and steady stream of updates and status reports. The team who packed me and the team who delivered me maintain a professional stance along with gentle support and calm. These gentleman went above and beyond in their efforts to assure that I was going to be alright and moving is not fearful. (BTW, I have moved and lived all over the world and I have had mostly great moves).
