These guys are the best. They picked up furniture in NYC, dropped some off in nj then regrouped and traveled to Houston for my son's move. We had hoped the truck would arrive within a week and Reliable was fantastic, they kept reassuring us it would happen and the delivered -early no less. The crew was professional, neat, organized and the whole experience was such a pleasure. I can't give enough praise for the outstanding service that reliable provided!!!!!

Absolutely amazing!!! They did everything they said they would do and more. Jonathan and Tom could not have been move accommodating. The driver Fidel was extremely punctual on both the pickup and the delivery. Everything was cautiously packed with precision. They reassembled all items upon delivery and even offered to hang the pictures. Moving is extremely stressful but these guys made it a pretty fluid process. This is the only company I would recommend for long distance moves

The crew that came was incredibly professional and did an awesome job moving all our furniture to our new home. They set up all the furniture perfectly and under the time they quoted us at. I could not be happier with our move (1,200 miles, originating in Central NJ). This is my 8th move of more than 500 miles over the years, and by far the best. Reliable worked with us to be flexible with the pick up date (I have a broken neck and couldn't pack as quickly as I planned). When they came for pick up and we weren't ready, they would have been within their rights to pull away, charge a fee and return another day. Instead, the driver contacted the office and we worked out a fair price for them to finish the packing. They worked like (experienced and careful) maniacs, fast and efficient. Next day, the crew (3 of them) returned to put our load on the truck. I was very impressed with their load packing skills (tightly placed, which minimizes movement and the possibility of damage). Our load's weight was within 5% of estimate. (well done!). Our sales rep who did the estimate has been a driver and packer for the company, so she really knows her stuff. Reuben (the driver) kept us informed, as did our in transit coordinator. Unloading was smooth. Inventory was well managed. Everyone we dealt with was personable and professional. Floors were protected, no door frames or walls were dinged. Thank you, Reuben, and the whole team. We appreciate you!
