Compared several moving companies for a work-related move to another state hundreds of miles away. Reliable's quote was the most detailed and transparent; they give you a "guaranteed not to exceed" quote listed the exact amount of boxes, with inventory of all items so you know up front the maximum cost of the move, which helped my "peace of mind". Reliable was also very flexible, as we started out wanting a partial pack of our items, and discovered later we really needed a full pack. Estimate was updated in literally minutes and surprisingly was not that much more expensive. Our salesman, Bill Jackson is probably the most knowledgeable guy in the business and was a great resource during the move. Reliable has the process down to near science. The packers were extremely hard working, courteous and fast. The actual moving crew, led by Ashmeed and Natasha were first rate. Reliable's team was always on time and responsive. Moving is stressful enough, go with professionals even if it costs a little more.

This company was recommended by a real estate company that I am working with. They gave me a excellent price and moved my whole entire contents of my condo to my new house in about 4 hrs. They arrived nice and early and had a game plan to move me as quick a possible and boy the went over and above of what's was expected. I was truly impressed at how efficient the whole operation was. I don't plan on moving again anytime soon but would definitely use them aagin

The best part of the move is that the guys exceeded the expectations that Bill Jackson promised us. We were quoted a price based on 4 movers and a minimum of 6 hours, but they thought it would take more like 8 hours. One of the movers called out sick, so we only had 3, but we were promised that if it took longer because of the 3 movers that they would make the appropriate adjustments. However, the 3 guys were fantastic and they ended up taking a little over 6 hours and were careful and accommodating. My mother-in-law was very nervous and they made her feel relaxed. They only charged us the minimum 6 hours and stuck to their word. Highly recommended.

The movers arrived early! Which was a plus. I was so happy for the super early start time. All four movers were professional and worked diligently to ensure the entire move was completed within the required time. But when I unpacked I did have a few broken glasses. I will mention I did pack the box myself but it was labeled appropriately. My only request is for the team to be more careful. But nevertheless, I appreciate the work the movers did and despite the broken glasses I would definitely recommend Reliable to others. Thanks!
