Firstly, I would like to commend Lisa Ostrowski from Reliable's coordination staff. I called her more times than I can remember with questions, etc. She was always so courteous and helpful and answered every question I presented to her to my satisfaction. Hurray to Lisa!! Secondly, the staff of three (3) movers that arrived in a timely manner were great. The managing mover explained the procedure of checking off on the inventory sheet as an item came into my home, etc. The efficiency, helpfulness and pleasant personalities of the three added to make my delivery fast, and not stressful at all. They went out of their way to be helpful and I would recommend Reliable (5 stars) and their staff anytime. THANK YOU.

We couldn't believe how efficient Junior and his team worked to move us from our busy Brooklyn apartment to our new home in NJ. All the guys were extremely nice and accommodating. Jonathan Monico & Lisa Ostrowski were also key in helping us from the beginning in pre-planning and making sure we were prepared and had all the information needed. We moved from NYC to Chicago. I asked quotes from 5 different movers and chose Reliable/Allied. Move went without a hitch. In fact, 2 days before our move, our elevator went out of order and we live on the 5th floor. The guys showed up for both a pack day and a move day and took it in stride. Not a complaint. They delivered our stuff to Chicago 4 days later, right on time. The estimate was spot on. Not a thing broke. Many thanks to Jonathon, the crew and the driver, Rodney!

The team that helped my transition displayed amazing customer service and helped my move from Delaware to Texas with ease. My estimator/agent George was amazing! He went above and beyond to help my move occur on time and his estimate was on point. He took the time to help me inventory my home over the phone and his estimate was so good that the weight was nearly the same and I saved some money because the actual weights were less! The crew that came to my home and transported my goods was lead by our driver Hector. This crew was outstanding, courteous, and polite. They worked very hard and cared for our goods as if it were there own goods. The second crew in Texas was outstanding in placing my goods in a storage unit. They were masters of configuring my goods to maximize the space that I rented and because of their skill I only needed one unit! My coordinator Jessica always helped to communicate the process and to check in with how my move was going! Overall a fantastic experience and I would recommend this company to others!
