I was planning a move from NJ to MD and Jonathan was able to give me a quote over the phone. Jose and his crew came when promised, packed up everything with care and precision and promised to see me in a few days. As promised, they arrived at my house to drop off a few things, and then went on to a storage facility to unload the rest. The whole crew was friendly, polite and careful with our belongings. I would recommend this particular crew highly.

Let me start by saying that Reliable Van & Storage is a top notch company. I moved from Manhattan, NYC to New Hampshire and was nervous about the move especially out of NYC. I inquired and was contacted by Jonathan who gave a very accurate estimation on what I had to move and the price was right on, no change. Then I was handed over to Jessica, my moving coordinator who kept me posted on all aspects of the move... day/time of packing pickup and then delivery date. I can't say enough about Jessica, very professional and very nice. The delivery of my stuff was right on time. Nothing damaged nothing missing. The crew doing the packing/unpacking were excellent! I can't say enough!. I would not hesitate to recommend Reliable Van & Storage to family, friends or anyone reading this review. Do not look elsewhere!

Moved from north NJ to Hudson Valley. Reliable Moving made the process go smooth. From the estimate to the early packing to move day and unloading, everyone we met was professional, courteous and hard working. All were always ready to answer our questions and make sure we were getting what we needed. Our customer rep Ashley was also great, she stayed in touch before during and after the move to make sure we were getting great service. We bonded with our movers so much, after they left my wife and I missed them! Hiring Reliable was a great decision in our move.

My husband and I moved from NJ to Ocala, Florida in July 20105. Every single person that I spoke to from the initial request to the moving coordinator to the delivery people were fantastic, professional and fun. They all treated us as though we were their only customer at the moment. Our move was as important to them as it was to us. Everything arrived in perfect condition and in a timely fashion. Our move was from NY to CT. I highly recommend this company. From the very professional estimate, to the responsiveness in the back and forth emails as I asked 100 questions while making a decision, to the actual move - it was seamless. The team doing our move was so friendly and accommodating, and were extremely careful and methodical about the process. Not a thing was damaged. They never rushed, nor showed frustration. It was 97 degrees out!!! We even had them go to another local location to grab a few more pieces of furniture after they finished unpacking us, all the while with a smile. I hope I don't have to move again any time soon - but if I do, this is the company to call and I would HIGHLY recommend them to family or friends.

We just moved from NJ to CT last week. Reliable made everything so easy. From the estimate to the coordinator to the crew, it was well done. Our moving crew (Juan, Juan and Sam) were fantastic. They were professional, hard working, easy going and helpful. They even let my 9 year old son "help" unload and unwrap. I never want to move again, but if I do, I know who to call!
