My husband and I moved from NJ to Ocala, Florida in July 20105. Every single person that I spoke to from the initial request to the moving coordinator to the delivery people were fantastic, professional and fun. They all treated us as though we were their only customer at the moment. Our move was as important to them as it was to us. Everything arrived in perfect condition and in a timely fashion. When they said they'd be there, they were. Do not hesitate for a second to use Reliable Moving and Storage!

Our move was from NY to CT. I highly recommend this company. From the very professional estimate, to the responsiveness in the back and forth emails as I asked 100 questions while making a decision, to the actual move - it was seamless. The team doing our move was so friendly and accommodating, and were extremely careful and methodical about the process. Not a thing was damaged. They never rushed, nor showed frustration. It was 97 degrees out!!! We even had them go to another local location to grab a few more pieces of furniture after they finished unpacking us, all the while with a smile. I hope I don't have to move again any time soon - but if I do, this is the company to call and I would HIGHLY recommend them to family or friends.

Over this past year, my wife and I purchased a house in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. We had two different shipments of furniture sent to Florida over during over a 4 month period, In both shipments, we used Reliable. We just moved from NJ to CT last week. Reliable made everything so easy. From the estimate to the coordinator to the crew, it was well done. Our moving crew (Juan, Juan and Sam) were fantastic. They were professional, hard working, easy going and helpful. They even let my 9 year old son "help" unload and unwrap. I never want to move again, but if I do, I know who to call!

George was incredibly informative throughout the process....instructing me on the "important" aspects of the move when comparing with competitors. I read so many poor reviews of moving companies, that I was extremely anxious choosing the right mover for my family and moving needs. Bill Jackson was the first person we met from Reliable Van and he gave an extremely accurate estimate. It's very easy to see that he has a ton of experience and he his accuracy is amazing. Shawn (don't remember his last name) was our main mover who drove the truck for Allied from our home in NJ to SC. He was a hard working, soft spoken gentleman who was also extremely professional. He was always on time, and worked hard from the moment he showed up to the moment he left. When he left my house on Monday he told me he would be at my home in SC by 8am on Saturday. As I arrived at the home at 7:45am, it wasn't 15 minutes later and he was pulling up in the truck. He took great care of all our personal belongings. I was very happy with my experience with both Reliable and Allied. The estimate was one of the most competitive that I received, and the job exceeded all of my expectations. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We just moved from New Jersey to Tennessee. The movers/drivers on both ends were fantastic. So far not one item broken or missing. Crews were early, friendly, careful, attentive. It was nice to have a woman, Josie, on the packing crew. We were nervous about having our furniture go into storage before it shipped to us, but everything arrived on time. Overall, very happy with service and I would recommend Allied/Reliable.
