Spencer and his ace crew moved us out of our place in Tinton Falls and down to Florida. Spencer is extremely organized, very professional, detail oriented and quick to share a funny story. it started off really good when the salesperson came to our home to give us a quote, we found out the day before the movers came that our belongs would be going into a storage facility for a week, our belongs were therefore moved on & off a truck twice. the movers who came to pack up the house were great as well as the movers who finally delivered. As far as the front end office, no one returns calls. Our mattresses, BBQ & smoker were strapped to the back of the truck, which was never told to us, our bbq insides broke which I believe was from the 600 mile drive. The truck stained our driveway with oil & now I was told that Allied will not accept liability. Would not recommend them.
Cheerful, Careful, Competent
We recently used Reliable for our Upper East Side apartment-to-apartment move. The Reliable team answered all our questions cheerfully and did a quick, thorough job at pickup and delivery. Team members were very careful about observing Covid-19 safety rules, and worked well with building staff at both locations. We were also very pleased about the consideration shown for the residents of both locations.
Perfect move experience
I was amazed how easy my move from NYC to Honolulu was with Reliable. When the pandemic altered my plans and I moved 3 weeks sooner than originally scheduled and had to unexpectedly ship my car, Jon-Paul and Renee came through and made it all possible. Both my household goods and my car arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Reliable for your move!

First of all this is my second time using Allied Storage and Bill Jackson helped my parents move to Italy. He is absolutely phenomenal!!! He was on top of everything! My move to Italy was a little tougher due to Coronavirus and I was bringing a auto mobile with me! I started working with Bill Jackson (wonderful) and then he introduced me to Renee Hernandez!!! WOW what a knowledgeable, hardworking, hands on, comforting, over all what a pleasure to work with!!! Even though it was my second move over seas ,I had a auto mobile so I had a lot of questions and let me tell you she was right there to help me out of her busy schedule!!! I’ve been a waitress for 37 years and I know that I couldn’t of done it without RENEE HERNANDEZ!!!! She’s a Godsend for anyone making this big move anywhere in the world!!! This company gave me a quote that was $4,000+ less than two other national movers I contacted. And I attribute that awesome quote to the great customer service I received. Diane has years of experience and after I told her all about my move and my budget and after she did a virtual walkthrough, she used everything in her “toolbox” to bring that quote down for me as low as possible. I talked to her a lot (at least seven times) and she was delightful to work with. She knew the answers to all my questions and even taught me a few things about the art of moving. I was so pleasantly surprised by my moving experience. Moving can be stressful! But Jonathan and Sheina did a great job setting everything up and overseeing the process.
