Mine was a simple move of a couple of bedroom sets and some exercise equipment. Because my move was so small, I was given a three day window when the movers would show up - that was OK, but it was a bit frustrating that they could not pin down the exact date until 24 hours before they were going to show up. Gina was helpful to try to get us a date sooner, and we ended up finding out a couple of days before the date they arrived. The team that packed my furniture was friendly and quick. The next frustration came with the delivery of the furniture. It did not arrive within the delivery window because it was shipped to another city by mistake. Although it took until the last day in the delivery window to inform me of this, I was pleased that, once the last dat

My team arrived on time and quickly and proficiently wrapped, taped and sealed all of my furnishings, taking special care of my glass-top tables. Very impressed with their professionalism. It was a rainy moving day and yet not a single item was wet or otherwise damaged. At my new residence the team took great care to place everything exactly where I directed.
