We had a solid experience working with Allied. To start off with, they were timely with the pick up and delivery. Both teams were also very professional, and found them to be quite trusting when working with them. We have not yet un-boxed everything, but from what we have seen so far we have limited damage to some furniture pieces. So far they have been answering our questions, and are in the process of working with their claims department. As of now, we would recommend them for any big move. But, hope we feel that way after our experience with claims and after opening up the rest of our boxes.

We relocated from Piscataway, NJ to Nashville, TN. We hired Allied Van lines agent Reliable Storage NJ for packing and moving. Their services were excellent. I am giving them excellent rating based on following factors: · Final bill was very close to the on site estimate. · Crew arrived on time as promised and they were well behaved and performed their tasks very professionally. · All items were disassembled by the driver. 2 Cribs, 2 Beds, Dining Table, Computer Table, Center Table and End Table. · Agent’s representative followed up with us even after all belongings were delivered to us. · Our goods were delivered as promised in 6 days. · None of the items were damaged. · Driver assembled back all furniture’s including 2 cribs. · Items were packed in best possible way, and none of the items were left behind at origin. · From packing, loading, unloading, unpacking crew behaved in a very professional manner.

My experience with Reliable was top notch from beginning to end. George helped me with everything from explaing their process, going through inventory and bringing boxes. Always checked in on me and made sure I was ready to move. The movers, Adam and Prymus, were friendly, effecient, and everything was delivered in good order. My experience with Reliable was shockingly simple. One phone call and the entire process of relocating an entire home of furniture and clothing was taken care of. Reliable also stored my belongings in their warehouse until I was ready for the move. My move date was confirmed and I received updates from the local office as well as e mails and phone calls from the representatives in Miami. Everything arrived exactly when promised and not a single item was missing or damaged. All of my furniture was wrapped for protection and my clothing was boxed on hangers and actually arrived unwrinkled, just as they were left hanging in the closet. The staff was courteous and professional and anxious to accommodate me. I highly recommend Reliable for a local or long distance move. The process could not have been easier. I was totally impressed and very happy to have been taken such good care of.
