We moved from an Edison townhouse with lots of stairs and heavy furniture for the movers to deal with, to Toms River, 55+ community. From the first person I talked to (Denise)in setting up the moving date & keeping on top of all the details, to Sean, who was extremely accurate in estimating the shipment, to the crew led by Rob (Luis, Francesco, Steven, Asanka), -all were extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite, courteous,and very hard working. We were guided every step of the way as we had not moved in 19 years & had been stressed & overwhelmed by the thought of packing etc. All that stress was greatly reduced by each & every one of them. Great care was given in handling every item being shipped no matter the size or whether it was fragile or not. They were able to reduce our stress levels & we would highly recommend Reliable Van to anyone needing a moving company that truly makes the experience an enjoyable one!

Reliable was a great choice for a moving company. They offered the lowest price (and I shopped around quite a bit!) and then upon delivery the final charge was even less because they automatically overestimate the weight of the load during the estimation cost analysis. My things were not damaged or lost. Moving crew was professional. Even delivering in 90 degree weather, they didn't complain.

Everything went smoothly from the estimator through the delivery. Everyone we dealt with at Reliable was very friendly, professional and caring. The van driver was even at the house 30 minutes earlier than scheduled to load the truck. The crew took very good care of the furniture and other fragile items as not to damage anything. The driver made the delivery three days after the loading with everything in it's original condition. Reliable's coordinator called several times during the loading and delivery to check how things were going and after completion asking if we had any concerns. We highly recommend Reliable Van & Storage.
