I was dreading the process of moving but Reliable made it easy and even fun. My move coordinators Jonathon and Sheina were understanding of my move requirements and tight timelines. My movers; Shaun, Nick, and G were equally awesome! All my furniture was perfectly wrapped, packed up and delivered in perfect condition. Anything requiring disassembling, was reassembled. While I hope to never have to move again, if I had to I would use Reliable again and also recommend to others.

We moved from NJ to SC - it was a great experience - we had Jose as our driver and were impressed that the same two laborers we had in NJ also showed up with him in SC! Our move was very smooth- Jose and his guys unloaded our stuff, were very friendly, and chatted with us a bit to give us some information on major highways to take when doing long distance drives. Couldn’t have asked for better service! Mike was great and on top of things from start to finish. The crews at both ends of the move (NJ and VA) worked hard and were extremely efficient. They were also courteous and friendly. Bill, the Allied rep that I first met with, was thorough and explained every segment of the move and paperwork in depth. Jennifer, in the office, was patient and friendly. We made the absolute correct decision to hire Reliable. Excellent!

We moved from NJ to SC with Reliable Van Co. From the beginning of the process to the end we had an exemplary experience. My phone calls were answered right away, I added items to the move and each time the moving specialist said OK! No hassles! We trusted the company with our household goods. I was told in advance about the process and expectations of the move. The driver, Bill, gave me clear instructions and informed me about the timing of delivery to SC. Both NJ and SC moving teams acted with professional care and handled all aspects of our move. They packed all fragile items and moved with care onto and off of the truck. Our move was difficult as the van could not park on our street, necessitating a smaller van in our driveway and then an offload in Elizabeth NJ to the bigger van. We will recommend Reliable to friends and family who will move. Thank you to the entire team of moving specialists. The rating we give is the highest! 10 stars! I would give the team at Allied/Reliable Van & Storage Company 6 star if there was such a rating. Our move from New York to South Carolina went very smoothly starting with Deirdre for Evaluation to Tierra as coordinator assistant to Rubin Chavez Driver code # 70567 and his moving/packing/unpacking team both in NY & SC. Very professional, respectful of our personal property & valuables and continuous communication from everyone. The price for the move was competitive. As a realtor for 35 years, I learn first hand how stressful a long distance move can be. I would highly recommend this company. Everything arrived in one piece! Thank you again everyone. My move from NJ to California began with Bill Jackson coming by the house and giving me an expert evaluation of what our move would entail. He answered all of my questions and gave me the straight scoop. He alleviated so much stress by giving me professional counsel and to top it all off, their price was thousands less than my competitive bid I got. The drivers did a great job as well. When they arrived at my new house here in California, they unpacked everything and reassembled things that were disassembled for the move and none of my stuff was damaged or lost. Overall, a perfect move.

The price was competitive. The furnishings all arrived and in excellent condition. And the service was fabulous. Hell, Tierra worked my delivery tirelessly during the days, nights and weekends. She was always available, helping me. It was like having my own personal assistant. Recommend these guys without reservation or hesitation. The only regret I have is that I bought insurance from them (very reasonable), but they were so conscientious that nothing broke, nothing was lost, so I didnt need the insurance. Haha. These guys are great.

We were so pleased w our move from start to finish. The estimator Not only provided a conservative and accurate estimate, but was available for follow-up questions and changes that inevitably occur once you get closer to the moving date, and re-did our estimate with no issue. The movers showed up on time, we’re polite, we’re careful, we’re really attentive to where we wanted things and any concerns we had, put everything back together again - there was really minimal issue. We were so happy with the overall move that we would recommend Reliabie without reservation!! Given how traumatic this can be, it was nice to have people that we felt at ease and safe with.

We recently moved from New Jersey to Florida using Allied and Reliable Van Lines. Our moving consultant Deidre Tonelli was very helpful in making us feel at ease with this being our first move in 49 years. She was very patient with all our questions and we really appreciated her packing and crating suggestions. The move was made that much easier under the direction of the driver coordinator Brent Bobb and his crew both in New Jersey and Florida. They were caring and considerate. Will definitely recommend this company.
