We just finished our move with Reliable and were extremely impressed! The guys were fantastic, the move was seamless, nothing was broken, damaged or stolen and they came in at the estimated cost. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice and with the whole team at Reliable. Even in a snowstorm they worked tirelessly to get us moved in as quickly as possible. Highly recommend! We just completed our move with Reliable and we are delighted. At best, moving is a difficult and stress full proposition, but Reliable (Julian, Gina and Junior and his team) made it as simple and worry-free as possible. Setting up the arrangement was efficient and friendly. The team arrived promptly, worked efficiently and were extremely friendly and customer-service focused. We made some difficulty requests and the greeted them all with a "can do" attitude. I would HIGHLY recommend Reliable to anyone needing moving services.

The best moving experience I've ever had. My move was from NJ to FL, and Reliable's estimate was much lower than two other competitors, and the final move cost actually came in less than the estimate! I did not elect to view the weigh-in of my items, and for Reliable to come in far less than their own estimate really says a lot about the integrity of their company. I'm not one to trust many folks, but I can assure you that Reliable is truly the exception. Each and every employee I dealt with was professional, kept me informed, and made my move smoother than I could have dreamt. All of my stuff was delivered without even a scratch, and there was absolutely no damage to the property I left, nor to my destination. I'm not a friend or family member of anyone associated with Reliable -I selected them based on others' reviews. I hope this review helps others make the right choice.

My experience with Reliable Van Lines was great! Prior to booking with Reliable, I spoke with several Moving Companies. They all were friendly and seemed to care about me and making my move easy. I then went online to check them out. Unfortunately, the friendliness they expressed was reviewed as a scam. I accidently ran into Reliable and was impressed with the reviews I read. My first contact was with George Vandelaar. What a great guy! He listened, he referred me to sites to check them out, and gave me a fair quote. I was impressed with the information he gave me and more importantly I was impressed with the reviews. My move was a little unusual for I was removing memorabilia from my mother’s home. My sisters were also doing the same. The unusual part was we had two different Moving Companies come to assist us. The men from Reliable were far superior to the 2nd moving company in respect to professionalism, friendliness, and attention to my wishes. They did a great job and demonstrated their knowledge of how to remove items from difficult location. Very impressive! I even had to bring an additional box to them after their departure. The cooperation I received was appreciated. I was contacted my Gina Gelo, my Relation Coordinator, who kept me informed as to when my items would arrive. I never felt alone and wondering when things would happen. We did have a little misunderstanding but that was mostly on my part. My cell phone, for some reason, was not working properly, and

Damsel In Distress Rescued By Knight In RELIABLE Armor "Hurricane Sandy" caused unimaginable devastation and sadness. I was one of the lucky people with a part of my house still remaining with a small window of time to return to gather the most important belongings. I immediately placed a call to George Vandelaar at Reliable Van & Storage an Agent of Allied Van Lines, who I prayed would pick up the phone. I was so relieved to hear his voice on the other end of the line. George was there for me AGAIN. You see George had recently moved me out and back into my primary residence on the New Jersey Shore a few months before Hurricane Sandy hit after a major renovation. I now needed him to quickly pack and orchestrate the transportation of my remaining belongings to a safe place. George not only moved mountains with his team to help me, but he was very empathic and positive. He went well above and beyond what would be expected of a mover. But then again George and the Reliable team are so much more than movers...they are real people with big hearts! I hope to be able to return to my home in 9 to 12 months once the services are restored. You can bet I will be calling George, my knight in Reliable armor for that!!!"

I recently had a great moving experience with Allied - Reliable Van and Storage. The salesman that initially came to my house to give me an estimate was professional and explained the whole process. His estimate was the most realistic out of the other nationwide moving company's estimates. One under estimated by 2,000 lbs, another did not take the time to explain the whole process, and the third was making suggesting to not take some of my furniture. I found all three companies to be very unprofessional. Once I signed with Reliable I was immediately contacted by the relocation coordinator. She made sure that I was satisfied through the whole process. She told me how I could be set up with free boxes and packing materials. I appreciated this offer because boxes can be very expensive. My scheduled packing and loading day happened to be on the day that Sandy was to hit NJ and NY. The driver called me a few days before and offered to come in the day before the storm and do all of the packing and loading so that I could get out of NY before the storm. I absolutely appreciated his recommendation because I didn't want to get stuck in NY during the storm. The driver and his moving team went out of their way to accommodate me and my situation. The driver and his moving team worked as professionals, a well organized team, and very polite. They were excellent from the packing and loading day to the delivery day.
