We did a big move from San Francisco to NYC. The SF team packed and shipped our goods. Great team and excellent packing job! The NYC team did an amazing job unpacking (not a single "casualty") and finding a way to get our king size Dux bed up 6 flights of stairs because it was too big for the elevator. I was kept informed during the shipment process, which really helped. Highly recommended!

The crew that came and picked up the furniture were polite,efficient,and left my home neat and clean. Unfortunately the same can not be said for the crew in Florida. They left the place a mess.Dirt tract all over sunflower seeds all over the apartment pinned a flat screen TV against a wall with a chest of draws and packing tape all left behind.Like I said the Staten Island crew was great it is too bad the same could not be said about the Florida crew

I wanted to thank you all at Reliable Van & Storage for your diligent efforts in assisting us with the move of my late sister’s furniture from Stamford, CT to Birmingham, AL. The items were delivered last Saturday at the three locations, and everything went very smoothly. Except for a minor breakage of a lamp which we were able to repair, all items made the move without any problems. I was especially impressed with the packing and handling of the furniture in Stamford. The crew wrapped everything in the house (NOT on the truck as I have previously seen done. This therefore avoided any damage to the furniture and/or house door jams, etc. when carrying them to the truck. Everything there went without a hitch, even though it was quite confusing since each item had to be packed and marked to go to one of the three destinations. The truck driver, Paul, was especially capable – he could drive that truck (which I understand is the biggest one allowed on the highways at this time) without much effort. And the two guys he enlisted to help (who were actually from Birmingham and therefore assisted at all three stops) were skilled and helpful in getting everything unloaded, uncrated, and arranged. Again, thank you to all involved at Allied Van Lines and specifically Reliable Van and Storage. I wouldn’t hesitate in the future, should the need arise, to use you’all again as well as recommend to any friend.

From start to finish, he made me feel at ease and I will definitley recommend Reliable to anyone I know that is moving! Denise was my coordinator and she was very helpful as well. The movers were Prymus, Mike and Ryan and they were beyond excellent! They took care of my valuables and I didn't have to worry about a thing! A+++

Reliable moved us from Hoboken, NJ to Burlington Vermont. Everyone at Reliable from the move coordinator to the movers was wonderful. They were easy to communicate with and responsive. The movers handled our 3rd floor walk-up in Hoboken with ease and went to great lengths to make everything go smoothly. The delivery went off without a hitch and they did a great job of covering the carpet so there were no snowy boot prints. Reliable is really the way to go!
