I was nervous about my move and everyone, especially Kathryn Martone, made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. Anytime I called with questions, she was available and answered them thoroughly. I also appreciated how when she said she would email me something or call me back, she did it!! That made me feel so much more at ease and confident that my move would go smoothly. I also truly appreciated how kind and personable she was - I never felt like "just another customer." And when all was said and done, my move went PERFECT! Everything was done as said it would be done - my belongings were successfully picked up and delivered to California. Reliable/Allied did a great job on my cross country move. Everything happened as they said it would from initial contact through completion of the move. We moved cross country and had much to coordinate and it helped the move went as planned. All of the contacts, Jon-Paul, Jennifer and Spencer were polite, comsiderate and most careful of our privacy and personal belongings. Once on site for loading and unloading, Spencer and his crew worked tirelessly to pack, load, transport, unload and unpack. Everything was hand Ed with care and all contents delivered in proper condition. Thank you to the Reliable/Allied team for their good work.

We moved from New York to Florida, including 9 months of storage of our possessions. After many changes (by us) of the final delivery date, everything was received in perfect condition, and at the agreed date and time. The moving men were polite, professional, and efficient, and our coordinator was very helpful during the scheduling process.

Bill Jackson made a great first impression on me when he gave me a quote. He was professional, friendly, through, and incredibly accurate with our assessment. Jennifer coordinated the move and was available with questions. Spencer, our driver, handled the rest. He was proactive and realistic with packing, he was punctual (early!) loading and unloading our truck, and realistic regarding arrival time for a long distance moves. Hd leads by example. I’ve never seen someone work so hard and people so happy to work for him. Friendly guy! All the packers, loaders, and unloaders were amazing! Second move with Allied and I’d do it again!
