I was nervous about my move and everyone, especially Kathryn Martone, made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. Anytime I called with questions, she was available and answered them thoroughly. I also appreciated how when she said she would email me something or call me back, she did it!! That made me feel so much more at ease and confident that my move would go smoothly. I also truly appreciated how kind and personable she was - I never felt like "just another customer." And when all was said and done, my move went PERFECT! Everything was done as said it would be done - my belongings were successfully picked up and delivered to California. THANK YOU for all you did!!! (...and for constantly answering all my annoying questions haha)
