I moved from my house to the new place yesterday. The new place is only 2.5 miles away. I have a huge disappointment in time estimation and charges. I have a feeling that I got ripped off. Jon Paul came to my house, did inventory and estimated total time of the move 8 hours, telling me that it should not take more time just opposite. Assured me that if the move will be done in shorter time, they will refund me the difference, since a lot of stuff we were moving ourselves (all the dishes, glass items and shelves, pictures, mirrors, TV's and more). In reality it took movers 13 hours instead. Not only we had to pay for time but for 5 hours of overtime as well. I would be better off doing move in 2 days instead of 1 and pay less. You can move to another State for this charges. I have great appreciation to the moving team for hard work and efficiency. Miguel and his team were timely, fast, friendly and courteous. The moving coordinator Jennifer was also very pleasant and helpful. I called her and complained. The only thing the managers did for us was credit of $50, a joke. I give moving team 5 stars, but only 1 star to the business and management.

Used Reliable for my Ex-Girlfriend's move out of my house, the movers were courteous and great and did a wonderful job getting her stuff out of there and into her new place, including a full size upright Piano, everything was handled with care and professionally.

The guys were great. On time, friendly, courteous and efficient. This wasn't cheap but no moves are and proverbially, you get what you pay for. I can't give them a higher recommendation than this.

My move with Allied/Reliable was just completed. It was a long distance move from NYC to Florida. Before choosing a mover, I had several major moving companies come to give me estimates. It was a very easy choice as Reliable was so prompt to respond to my initial request, the only company who arrived on time for the estimate, provided a very fair price and accurate description of my move items. They responded immediately to any question I had and went above and beyond to accommodate my move date. The movers on both the NY and FL side arrived on time, were extremely professional and very efficient and easy to work with. My furniture arrived well within the window of delivery I was promised and everything got here was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them. It was a great experience from start to finish. As a senior citizen, I had some real concerns regarding my move from New York to Florida. But from the first phone call with George, I knew I was in good hands. With his professionalism and patience, we were able to determine how many boxes I would need which he hand delivered several days before the move and to estimate cost. I was then contacted by Lisa who would facilitate the move re the dates, times, etc. Wilson and his crew arrived and was expert in wrapping several items and placing onto truck. Everything arrived safely and was off-loaded with the same care and attention to detail. Everyone with whom I had contact was extremely professional and polite making the move as seamless and stress-free as possible. Many thanks to a great team for being available every step of the way!

Allied moved us from NYC to the Orlando area and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. The team that packed & labeled our belongings were meticulous organized AND we received our truckload much sooner than anticipated. The price was reasonable and the service was terrific.
