Very disappointed. When I made the reservation it was made with the intention of only taking the heavier items. The movers showed up on time. I showed them what I wanted moved and they started work. I noticed that they were sort of moving slow, taking smoke breaks, talking on the phone, going to the corner convenience store. I stopped them from taking certain items because they were slow. I said you guys need to hurry up. They kept dragging along. When all the stuff was finished moving they presented me with the bill. It was for the four hour minimum that they were under the assumption they were working. George V, the guy who set up the appt never communicated to them it was a budgeted move. I paid for the 3.5 hrs they were there but will never use this company nor recommend them to anyone. This is the second time posting this review as they must get taken off the site. Just be aware they drag out the move to make the minimum. Slackers.
Small Move
Very disappointed. I just needed a few heavy items moved as I explained to George V when making the reservations. The drivers were sent out thinking they were doing a four hr minimum move. I was under the impression they knew they were there to only grab heavy things. They dragged out the move. I was getting frustrated with the talking on the phone, the smoke breaks, the going to the corner convenience store. When the time came to pay them at the 3.5 hr mark - the lead guy Junior - said it was a four hr minimum. I said oh hell no. It all makes sense in hindsight, the lingering, I said to him if I were paying for the four hr minimum don't you think I would have been saying take everything? I moved out of a one bedroom apt with below avg possessions per George V when setting up the appt. I was on a low budget as explained over and over when making the reservation, stating I can go other places if it's a problem, but George V stated no problem. I was duped by George V. NO COMMUNICATION GEORGE! I paid for the 3.5 hrs only after communicating with George, but it sucked. The move should have taken two hrs max. I still had a lot of stuff to carry myself after paying for professional fees. Never again will I use this company nor will I ever recommend them. Very disappointed.

Polite, punctual, professional and positive! :) Constantly kept us in the loop and communications was fast and frequently. Moved long distance-twice with them from NJ to Texas and now Texas back to NJ. Hopefully not moving away from family again, but will use this company if we had to move as they really are the best I found in my research and since we used them, would HIGHLY recommend them!

I recently downsized from a home to a two bedroom in a local move. Marco and Eduardo were very efficient, professional, and kind. They handled all of our things carefully. You could tell that they had experience and they worked very well together as a team. Lisa made sure to call and confirm appointments before the move and on moving day she called mid- move to check in how things were going, and followed up with me afterwards to ensure that things went well and I was satisfied. While I had considered renting a truck and asking friends to help move me, I am glad that I chose to use reliable as they all helped make a difficult move for me a lot less stressful. Local move within Jersey. Really efficient, George brought all the boxes like a month before. Explained everything in detail. Movers were on time, very diligent in their packing. Supervisor checked up on us. Lisa was in constant communication with every aspect of the move. Good overall experience, would recommend.
