I hired Reliable to move my 96 year old mother from NJ to NY. The price I was charged was actually less than I expected. The staff that assisted me - Jonathon, Jessica, and Paul - were responsive, polite, well informed, and considerate of my mother's concerns. The three men who did the actual move, including Paul, could not have been nicer. Not a single item was damaged or lost. We could not have asked for more. Thank you, guys, for doing such a good job.

I had a 1 bedroom apartment move from Stamford, CT to Boston, MA. This was probably my best move ever - and being a former military officer, I've probably done 10+ moves over the past 20 years. Exceptionally clean crew and gear - which means my stuff stayed clean. They were on time, exceptionally professional, packed so that not a single item was scratched or broken (1st time ever). I am just hoping that the next time I move, they are able to do it!

I recently moved from New Jersey to Tucson Arizona. My wife contacted many moving companies before deciding on Reliable. Jonathan was the most informative and helpful. Moving from a home of 40 years is a stressful and emotional experience. Once we decided to go with Reliable, we received information from Jessica who was our representative and go to person throughout the process. She too was very helpful and informative. The day of the move, the driver Vic arrived on time and immediately began preparing our home for the move ensure that there would be no damage to the walls, floors or furniture. He was knowledgable and very skillful. He and his helper worked non stop. We also had two packers who packed fragile and important items. In Tucson, Vic again arrived on time as scheduled for the delivery. He had two helpers who moved the furniture and boxes into our new home. They were very patient and rearrange furniture as requested. Vic even had some helpful suggestions. I cannot say enough about Reliable Van & Storage. A company is only as good as the people who represent it. They all made us feel comfortable knowing that they were professional and eager to make our move a positive experience. Everything arrived and placed in our home without any damage. Finally, the estimate given was the price we paid. Before you decide on a moving company, call Reliable and talk to Jonathan.

I used reliable van and storage to move from New Jersey to California in Septmber, 2015. Everything was very professional and organized ...they were on time, they came on the date that they said, everything was packed very nicely and it all arrived in California on the day that they gave me...everything went very smoothly and I would highly recommend this company. I was planning a move from NJ to MD and Jonathan was able to give me a quote over the phone. Jose and his crew came when promised, packed up everything with care and precision and promised to see me in a few days. As promised, they arrived at my house to drop off a few things, and then went on to a storage facility to unload the rest. The whole crew was friendly, polite and careful with our belongings. I would recommend this particular crew highly.

Let me start by saying that Reliable Van & Storage is a top notch company. I moved from Manhattan, NYC to New Hampshire and was nervous about the move especially out of NYC. I inquired and was contacted by Jonathan who gave a very accurate estimation on what I had to move and the price was right on, no change. Then I was handed over to Jessica, my moving coordinator who kept me posted on all aspects of the move... day/time of packing pickup and then delivery date. I can't say enough about Jessica, very professional and very nice. The delivery of my stuff was right on time. Nothing damaged nothing missing. The crew doing the packing/unpacking were excellent! I can't say enough!. I would not hesitate to recommend Reliable Van & Storage to family, friends or anyone reading this review. Do not look elsewhere!

Moved from north NJ to Hudson Valley. Reliable Moving made the process go smooth. From the estimate to the early packing to move day and unloading, everyone we met was professional, courteous and hard working. All were always ready to answer our questions and make sure we were getting what we needed. Our customer rep Ashley was also great, she stayed in touch before during and after the move to make sure we were getting great service. We bonded with our movers so much, after they left my wife and I missed them! Hiring Reliable was a great decision in our move.
