I recently moved from New Jersey to Tucson Arizona. My wife contacted many moving companies before deciding on Reliable. Jonathan was the most informative and helpful. Moving from a home of 40 years is a stressful and emotional experience. Once we decided to go with Reliable, we received information from Jessica who was our representative and go to person throughout the process. She too was very helpful and informative. The day of the move, the driver Vic arrived on time and immediately began preparing our home for the move ensure that there would be no damage to the walls, floors or furniture. He was knowledgable and very skillful. He and his helper worked non stop. We also had two packers who packed fragile and important items. In Tucson, Vic again arrived on time as scheduled for the delivery. He had two helpers who moved the furniture and boxes into our new home. They were very patient and rearrange furniture as requested. Vic even had some helpful suggestions. I cannot say enough about Reliable Van & Storage. A company is only as good as the people who represent it. They all made us feel comfortable knowing that they were professional and eager to make our move a positive experience.
