I totally bonded with Diane, the sales rep who first came to give us the estimate. Then, when Shane and his team packed & loaded us up after 3 days of hard work, it felt like saying goodbye to old friends. When we arrived here in Asheville, Winston & his crew unloaded our things at our storage space, and then at our apartment.
