I was very nervous about this move because I had a previously bad experience with another mover. This move, we were moving my Mom’s things from her house to mine and my sisters. My Mom had passed away, so the things we were moving were very special to us as many were family heirlooms. I did a lot of research on moving companies and Allied and Reliable Van and Storage. They got good ratings, so I took the plunge. Diedre who was our estimator was excellent. She was always available for questions and her estimate was very accurate with no surprises on the delivery end. Krystal was our move coordinator. She was very pleasant and assisted with our move and kept us in the loop. Our diver was also very nice and asked me when I would like my things deluvwred and worked with my schedule.
