New Jersey Moving & Storage Review

Dear George, Just wanted to write you a THANK YOU note. The move from New York to Florida was a scary thought for me. I have heard many nightmare stories from people with long distance moves so I really didn't know what to expect and thanks to you and Reliable Van my move was the complete opposite. I have to say that from the time you picked up your phone until the time my very last box came off of the truck there was not one thing that went wrong. It couldn't have gone any smoother. You took the time to explain everything that I needed to know. You were knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional. You even offered your cell phone number for me to call you at anytime with questions and/or problems. As for the estimated price quote and billing, it was almost to the penny!!! And there were no hidden charges!!! Exactly what I was told is exactly what happened - for me that was peace of mind. Denise Brennan in the billing department who handled the payment process was a pleasure. The pick up and drop off movers were on time, worked in a timely manner and handled my possessions as if they were gold. They were professional, friendly and polite. There was an inventory list made at the time of pick up and a check list that confirmed all of my belongings at the time of drop off. Everything was so organized and I have to say that I am truly grateful to you and all of your associates at Reliable Van & Storage . You will definitely be recommended to anyone in need of a moving compan
